INSURANCE
Europcar Insurance includes - Third Party Cover (TPC) ;Damage Waiver (DW) and Theft Waiver (TW)

AVAILABILITY
Vehicles detailed above are subject to availability at participating rental stations.

6+ DAY RATES
Discount's Available on retail or weekend rates.

LICENCES & FEES
Licences & Fees (LAF) charged per day in addition to the above rates at: 1 + days £1.05.

MILEAGE CAP
All 1-27 day hires have unlimited mileage. 28+ hires have a mileage cap of 2,000 per 28 days. Excess miles are charged at 12p per mile.

MILEAGE
The mileage driven per rental is calculated from the mileage reading at the rental station at the start of the rental, and the mileage reading at the rental station at the end of rental. Mileage, where charged, is considered part of rental charges and is taken into account for % calculations on rental charges (e.g. % commission, % surcharges).

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Available in the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland within UK rental station office hours, which are normally as follows - Mon - Fri 08.00 - 17.30, Saturday 08.00 - 12.30. The delivery or collection of a vehicle to or from a business or home address will incur a £5.00 fixed charge for the first 5 miles, then £1 per mile thereafter

FUEL
Fuel used on delivery or collection is the customer's responsibility. A Refuelling Service Charge will be applied in respect of fuel required to refill the vehicle at the end of rental, at the Europcar location. Fuel charges are available on request and are subject to change without notice.

ONE WAY RENTALS
Free of charge for cars on UK mainland; £200 drop charge for vans; £300 drop charge all vehicles between UK Mainland & Northern Ireland: £500 drop charge all vehicles between UK mainland or Northern Ireland and GB Penalty Zone; International one ways from UK not allowed.

ABORTIVE CHARGES
£20 for each delivery or collection where less than 2 hours notice is provided.

AIRPORT SURCHARGE
13% surcharge on time & mileage charges for all rentals from UK airports.

OUT OF HOURS CHARGE
For reservations booked to checkout outside Europcar’s office hours (even if pre-delivered) a £30.00 charge will be applied.

CONTINENTAL USE
The Europdrive option is available at an extra charge. Please check at time of reservation, as some vehicles are not permitted to be taken out of the UK.

NON UK RENTALS
The above rates apply to rentals in UK. Rates, terms & conditions for rentals outside the UK are available on request from our Central Reservations Office.

FINES
A surcharge (currently £25) is charged for each instance where Europcar has to handle an enquiry on behalf of a Police/Local Authority.

VALIDITY
Where this document is considered as a proposal, rates, terms & conditions are valid 60days from issue date.

AMENDMENTS
Rates, Terms & Conditions are calculated using the business profile provided. This profile is based on % SIPP code usage, Average duration and Rental Stations used. In the event that activity does not match the profile, Europcar reserve the right to amend as necessary.

VAT
All charges shown exclusive of Vat.
